Description: Medium lemon color and nice typicality on the nose, which surrounds the floral core of yellow fruits and citrus zest with herbal and vegetal notes, in an intense spicy environment with a hint of vanilla. Round and more citrusy, spicy in the mouth with good acidity, has chamomile and linden prevailing over the vegetal aromas, finishes remarkably and lemony in the aftertaste, with minerality

Winification: Classic white vinification with fermentation at very low temperatures and selected yeasts for varieties with a strong presence of thiols and pyrazines. The wine remains in stainless steel tanks for 4 months with selected lees.

Pairing: Try it with seafood and fish as well as a wide range of fried appetizers. Idea: pasta with light creamy sauces, and poultry with lemon-butter sauce.

Can be aged up to 2 years.
