It is cultivated at an altitude of 650–700 meters in the areas of Xino Nero and Agios Panteleimonas, where the mountainous environment preserves its acidity, maintaining its vibrant energy and freshness. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks keeps the fruit character pure and bright, while a small portion spends a few months in oak barrels, adding depth and complexity.
