Area : From the privately owned semi-mountainous vineyards of a specific selection of the Hatzimichalis Estate in the Atalanti Valley.
Winemaking : White winemaking with fermentation at a controlled temperature. 40% of the mixture matures for 2-3 months in oak French barrels 228 lt.
Alcoholic grade : 13.5% Vol
Aging Dynamics : Enjoy it in the first 3-4 years of its life.
Tasting features : Bright light yellow color with greenish highlights. The "extroverted" aromatic character of Malagouzia is tamed by the light touch of the oak. Rich aromatic bouquet of citrus elements that balance harmoniously with subtle aromas of honey. In the mouth it is balanced with round acidity, oiliness and sweet aftertaste.
Serving temperature : Combine it with pasta with white sauces, risotto, salmon dishes, grilled shrimp, Asian spring rolls, fatty fish and poultry with creamy sauce. Enjoy it at 8-10. C
