Winemaking : Classic red winemaking under controlled conditions. It ages for at least 12 months in oak, French barrels 228 lt, in our underground cellars.
Alcohol content : 13.5% Vol
Aging dynamics : You can enjoy it now and in the next 15 years from its harvest.
Tasting characteristics : Bright and deep purple color. The bouquet is characterized by complexity and concentration of black forest fruits, mainly gooseberries, with light notes of sweet spices. Excellent combination of strength and structure in the mouth. Rounded and soft tannins, rich fruit with earthy hints and prolonged aftertaste.
Serving temperature : Accompanies excellent grilled beef steak, lamb with spices in the oven and large poultry. Enjoy it at 18 ° C.
