Varietal Composition : Xinomavro 25%, Negoska 25%, Cabernet S. 20%, Merlot 20%, Cinsaut 10%.
Features : Composite varietal wine, combines local varieties Xinomavro, Negosca and Cinsaut with French Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Intense red color with violet highlights. Botanical character on the nose, green pepper and sun-dried tomatoes but also cloves, cinnamon and black pepper. The aroma of pepper is present in the taste. Roasted nuts and spices complement his fragrant palette in his mouth. Exuberant and well-structured, with a strong tan character that gives it a long life. At the end it reminds the character of the barrel with notes of coffee and smoke.
Soil : They are cultivated at an altitude of 250 - 300 meters and in sloping soils, limestone and sandy loam. Average acre yield 700 kg. A robust wine that takes time to mature in the bottle.
