Origin of grapes : From the selected semi-mountainous Vineyard "Kriovrisi", on the northern slopes of Mount Chlomos, part of the privately owned vineyard of the Hatzimichalis Estate in the Atalanti Valley.
Vinification : Pre-fermentation cold extraction and white vinification by fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Alcohol content : 13.5% Vol
Tasting characteristics : Bright, white-yellow color with greenish highlights. Discreet intensity nose dominated by citrus fruits, fruits such as melon, but also the notes of freshly cut grass. In the mouth it unfolds elegantly with hints of floral and herbal and medium body. Its high acidity gives it liveliness and a pleasant aftertaste.
Serving temperature : Accompanies green salads, seafood delicacies, fresh shellfish, grilled fish and vegetable dishes such as ‘hard’ asparagus. Try it with Indian dishes with coriander, sweet and sour duck and of course goat cheese. Enjoy it at 8-10ºC.
