Origin of grapes : Hulevaina site, one of the first vineyards, part of the privately owned vineyards of the Hatzimichalis Estate in the Atalanti Valley.
Winemaking : White winemaking at controlled temperature.
Alcohol content : 14.5% Vol
Tasting characteristics : Bright, lemon color with greenish highlights. Aromatic bouquet of citrus and ripe stone fruits. In the mouth it is rich with a full body and distinct hints of bitter almond, balanced acidity and enjoyable long aftertaste.
Serving temperature : Accompanies seafood such as grilled sardines, white meat with white fatty sauces and pasta salads. Enjoy it very cool, at 8-10°C.
