Variety: Malagouzia 80%, Assyrtiko 20%

Vineyard: Privately owned on the slopes of Mount Knimidas in the area of Paleokastra (Atalanti). Altitude 400m with low acreage yield.

Characteristics: From organically grown grapes. The classic blend of the 2 most famous indigenous varieties in a balanced expression with a strong malagouzia nose but also a strong finish from the assyrtiko. Aromatic character with stone fruits in focus and flower hints. Full of fat in the mouth and delicious with moderate acidity.

Served at 11o C.

Accompanies fish, soups, pasta, poultry, salads and stews.
