Features: Appearance: Medium intensity lemon color. Nose: Strict, complex with citrus flowers, peach and lemon combined with mineral and botanical notes. Mouth: Full, strict with high acidity, intense metallicity characteristic of the Santorini terroir

Serve at a temperature: 10-11ºC

Accompanies: Seafood, shellfish, salads, white meats, light sauces
