Characteristics: Rich body, aftertaste full of aromas of flowers and forest fruits and soft tannins. Its ruby ​​color conveys memories of its long history and its French origin. An intense wine, with full body, strong tannins, a long aftertaste and a deep red color, like blood... In the glass, the small red fruits of the forest, the blackcurrants and the wild cherries, together with the characteristic aroma of Cabernet Sauvignon, that of green pepper, tell stories from the past, from another distant era, lost in the depths of the centuries, just like the history of this unique, cosmopolitan variety.

Maturation: Small French oak barrels take care of its maturation for a year while it can mature perfectly for another 10 years in the bottle.

Accompanying: It is combined with winter dishes such as game, grilled red meats, stews and spicy cheeses.

Let it breathe for 15 minutes, serve at 16-18 °C.
