COLOR & AROMA: The aromas of berry, wild raspberry, strawberry and flowers, based on a "suspicion" of pepper and licorice create a wine that has "matured" beautifully and is ready to unfold its unique bouquet.
MATURATION: As Limnionas "sleeps" for a full year (12 months) in a French oak barrel, it gradually develops a more intense aromatic character and a more fruity aftertaste.
TASTING SUGGESTIONS: It goes perfectly with yellow cheeses and red meat or poultry dishes with spicy red sauces. Dare to pair it with grilled squid! You won't regret it...
