Variety composition: Assyrtiko
Vinification: Manual harvest in the morning hours. Classic white vinification in stainless tanks and low temperatures. It remains with the wine lees and matures in lightly charred French oak barrels for 6 months.
Tasting characteristics: The special terroir of Skyros offers this exceptional Assyrtiko with characteristic acidity and minerality. Bright lemon color.
