Varietal composition: Assyrtiko 100%

Category: PGI Drama

Wining: Pre-fermentation cold extraction so that the aromas of the grapes are transferred from the skins to the must. Vinification in stainless steel tanks with extensive application of the sur lie method (contact with the noble lees) which gives the wine volume and complexity.

Characteristics: Light lemon color. Wonderfully salty, lemony, with notes of white-fleshed peach and mineral salt. Its emphasized, flaky acidity and moderate alcohol and body compose a wine with substance and great aging potential.

Enjoy it: at 8-10 oC.

Accompany: Green salads, pasta, dishes with strong flavors such as seafood or Asian cuisine.
