Wining: Ripe harvest. 20 days maceration with the marc. Malolactic fermentation and aging for 12 months in old French barrels.

Characteristics: Deep red color. Intense complexity with primary aromas of red berries, dried fig, cocoa. Soft, velvety tannins with a warm sweet aftertaste.

Served: at 16 °C.
