Varietal Composition / Winemaking: Fermentation with whole bunches and unripe berries in large oak barrels with native doughs isolated laboratory from our vineyards. The wine matures for about a year in 500 liter oak barrels, 20% of which are new.
Features: A seductive wine with a variety of aromas. Oregano and violets 'wrapped' around a core of black cherries, green pepper and roasted espresso. The mouth is complete with the velvety tannins leading to a complex taste finish. Charming wine, soft texture without corners. Delicious from the start, it will improve even more with the aging in the bottle. Impressive aftertaste.
