Vineyard Privately owned vineyard of 85 acres in the location of Durmiza in Koutsi Nemea. Production of 20,000 bottles
Winemaking: Classic red winemaking with a long extraction period of 25 days. The whole vinification process is carried out under controlled temperature conditions, from the initial stage of cold extraction to the end. Aging lasts 12 months in French oak barrels (70% new - 30% second use) and 6 months in bottles.
Taste Characteristics - Aging: Exuberant red wine with abundant aromas of red fruit, notes of eucalyptus and green pepper. Fleshy and rich in the mouth. Soft, with ripe tannins and a velvety aftertaste. Aging from 5 to 10 years, depending on the characteristics of the harvest.
