Wining The grapes were harvested in the first week before September. They were soaked almost uncrushed for 6 hours. The bree-run juice is transferred to stainless steel tanks and, in the middle of the alcoholic fermentation, it was transferred to 600 liter 2-year-old Austrian oak barrels. The spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation lasted about 2 months. The wine was left in oak bor for an additional 4 months and had a natural stajili(ation) without cold and without fining.
Aging potential: 3-6 years
Tasting Pale yellow color. Nose with all the characteristics of the variety dominant: ripe apricot and peach, also mango, pineapple compote, hints of candied coconut and mastic and a touch of sweet spicy notes. The palate is rich and with creamy crisp acidity and a long aromatic aftertaste.
