Characteristics: Malagouzia and Assyrtiko Blend with the charming Greek varieties of Kydonitsa and Petroulani. Pale lemon color with a fruity nose that maintains in its range hints of white-fleshed peaches, pears and green apple. In the mouth we are talking about a wine with fine acidity and a lemony aftertaste.

Pairings: It will go great with seafood and pasta with lemons and white sauces.
