Protected Geographical Indication: PGI Belvedo.

Varieties: Xinomavro, Muskomavro

Vinification: Classic red vinification of each variety separately. After the end of the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the first blends between the varieties are made. This is followed by aging in oak barrels for one year, during which the wines are decanted two to three times. Bottling is followed by six months aging in the bottle.

Description: Deep ruby. The nose presents aromas of red fruit, spices, pink pepper, cloves and vegetation, while the mouth is rich, round with characteristic acidity & well-balanced tannins.
