Vinification: Classic white vinification, with separation of the precursor, static extraction and fermentation of the clear must at a controlled temperature of 18o - 20o C. Each variety is vinified separately and the pickings are made after the completion of the fermentations.

Description: Straw-yellow face, intensely fruity and floral aromas in Psyti. Excellent taste balance, with crisp acidity and freshness, wholeness and longevity.
