This is the most commercial international variety of one of the best terroir in northern Greece in the Amyntaio area. Its aromatic profile is complex with the red fruits starring in a spicy substrate with a rich mouth and full body, with youthful peaks. Warm juicy with sensitive but also gentle tannins, depth, complexity but also a very long aftertaste where the sweet fruits return. Stay in French and American barrels for 17 months.
Delicious combinations : Accompanies rich meals and very fatty cheeses. Pitcher ventilation is recommended.
