This is a large single-variety Syrah. Syrah gives strong aromas of ripe cherry, raspberry, plum, dark chocolate, tobacco, with the spices and vanilla of the barrel present, moderate acidity µ Far aftertaste, characteristic tannins. Freeze in French and American barrels for 17 months.

Combinations : Accompanies rich meals, several fatty cheeses. Pitcher ventilation is recommended.
