Varieties: Xinomavro (90%), Merlot (10%)

Vineyard: Proprietary, in the viticultural area of Goumenissa with an altitude of 180 to 250 meters.

Organoleptic properties: Deep ruby color with tile highlights, full-bodied with low tannins and soft acidity, aroma of tomato, olive, spices and dark chocolate.

We recommend: Drunk at 16-18⁰C combined with red and white meats, cooked food , pasta with red sauce and aged cheese.
