Vinification - bottling: . At the family winery in Ancient Nemea. Classic red vinification. It ages two (2) years in new oak barrels and one year in the bottle. It can be aged for ten years or more.

Tasting: It is characterized by concentrated and dense aromas of red fruits enhanced by aromas of chocolate, nutmeg and vanilla. With a very full body, sweet tannins and a lasting aftertaste.

Harmony: Goes well with all rich meat and game dishes.

Served: At 18 degrees Celsius in a closed tulip.
