Alpha Malagouzia Latypes White

Varietal Composition: Malagouzia 100%.

Region / Vineyard: Amyntaion Viticultural Zone / Linear, privately owned vineyard of 1,800 acres at an altitude of 620-710 meters.

Vinification / Aging: Destemming, pre-fermentation extraction in a controlled environment, alcoholic fermentation at graded temperatures, using indigenous yeast flora, selected and isolated from the same vineyard, maturation in fine-grained white-burnt oak barrels, Nevers together with oak from Greek Robolo (75 hl) with periodic stirring of the lees for 9 months.

Tasting characteristics: Excellent structure, oiliness and acidity that contributes to the duration of the aromas and the aftertaste.

Harmony: It goes well with grilled white meats or rich creamy sauces, accompanied by vegetables, sweet veal, grilled fish or fish cooked in white sauces, as well as smoked fish.
