Winemaking / Aging : Pre-fermentation extraction in a controlled environment, alcoholic fermentation at graduated temperatures. Stay the wine for 4 months in its fine wine sludges with periodic stirring.
Taste characteristics : Crystalline, bright with pale yellow color, with light greenish highlights. Nose intense and rich, typical of the variety, with aromas of citrus, passion fruit and with a sweet melon hue at the end. In the mouth it is very full, smooth, oily, with excellent balance-coolness and finesse. Vivid aftertaste that contributes to the long shelf life of the perfumes.
Harmony : Accompanies a wide variety of seafood, raw or steamed shellfish, pasta with creamy sauces, grilled vegetables, sushi, Asian cuisine and a very large variety of grilled fish.
Ideal enjoyment : at 12-14º C.
