Vinification: Exposure of grapes to the sun for 6-8 days. Slow fermentation for 40 - 60 days
Aging: 36 months in French oak barrels. Aging continues in the bottle.
Features: Amber color. Full body. A complex aromatic bouquet from sweet spices such as cinnamon and cloves to dried fruits such as apricots and raisins. Wonderfully viscous in the mouth, with a characteristic refreshing acidity that perfectly balances the sweetness.
