It is a red dry wine from vineyards of old vineyards with great aging potential. It is characterized by concentrated and dense aromas of red fruits enhanced by aromas of spices such as nutmeg and pepper. In the mouth it starts with sweetness and soon its still strong tannins make their presence felt. Classic red vinification. It ages in oak barrels for a year and at least a year in the bottle. It is more than ten years old.
Accompanies : Meat dishes, especially when they have accepted the participation of spices. Served at 18 degrees in a closed tulip.
