Wine Type: Dry White
Indication: PGI Parnassos
Varietal composition: Sauvignon Blanc 100%
Wining: Sauvignon Blanc is one of the most widespread grape varieties in the world. Here in Parnassos, this particular variety is cultivated with particular care and, given the ideal soil and climatic conditions, it produces high quality wines that can compete with the best at a national and international level. After harvesting the grapes, the pre-fermentation extraction method is applied in an antioxidant environment in order to enhance the primary aromas and then the alcoholic fermentation of the juice at graduated temperatures that do not exceed 16°C. The wine is aged for 2 months on its light lees with periodic stirring before bottling.
Tasting notes: Crisp with good acidity, characteristic of the variety and fresh, clean taste. A wine with a bright yellowish color and light green highlights. Particularly expressive on the nose with intense aromas of white flowers, white-fleshed peach and melon. Long-lasting aftertaste with lingering aromas throughout its duration.
Gastronomic combination: White meats & poultry, seafood, fish. Ideally served at 10°C.
Alcohol 13.5%
