Wining: After the grape harvest, the pre-fermentation extraction method is applied and then the alcoholic fermentation of the juice at graded temperatures. The wine remains on the lees for 2 months before bottling.

Tasting characteristics: Its main characteristic is the rich aromas of citrus fruits accompanied by notes of white flowers and lime aromas. Its color is green with yellow highlights, lively acidity and freshness in the taste and a medium-long aftertaste.

Gastronomic combination: White meats & poultry, seafood, fish. Ideally served at 10°C.
