Description : Malvasia di candia Aromatica is undoubtedly one of the white varieties that always impress with their intense aromatic character and sparkle. Its acidity and dynamic aromatic character make it stand out from the rest of the clones of the internationally widespread white Malvasia. Pale yellow color with light greenish reflections in the glass.
Rich, evocative aromas of white flowers, lemon blossom, peach, lime and pear impress on the nose. Rose Turkish delight, hints of kiwi and diffuse metallic feel complete the freshness of the whole.
Rich in the mouth, with a full body and refreshing acidity that makes it light.
The subtle sweetness emphasizes the fruit, with peach, lime and pear dominating while the long lasting aftertaste leaves a lemony feeling in the mouth.
