Wining: After careful sorting of the grapes, pressing follows directly. Then the alcoholic fermentation of the two varieties takes place in separate stainless steel tanks with graduated temperatures. An important point for the development of the blend is the “marriage” of the two wines where they mature in French oak barrels for 4 months, where the Battonage continues throughout with a regular stirring program.

Tasting characteristics: Golden yellow in color, an elegant wine. It is reminiscent of tropical yellow fruits and citrus lemony aromas accompanied by a soft oak flavor. Rich, fatty body with a pleasant long-lasting aftertaste.

Food pairing: White meats & poultry, seafood, fish. Ideally served at 10°C.
