Production process: The grapes are hand-picked and placed in small boxes. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately transported to the winery, where they are cooled to 8 °C, followed by destemming and pressing. Static settling and fermentation at a controlled temperature (17 °C) in small stainless steel tanks. Before the end of fermentation, the wine is bottled. Fermentation is completed in the bottle and left on the lees for four to five months. Manual depressurization.
Tasting notes: Pet-Nat, short for Pétillant Naturel, is a sparkling wine that has its roots in the ancient French Méthode Ancestrale. It is bottled before fermentation is complete, imprinting fine bubbles in each bottle – a unique expression of our terroir. Versatile with light dishes and ideal as an aperitif. Serve at 8°C.
