Varietal composition : Chardonnay 100%

Tasting characteristics: Bright lemon color with golden highlights. Aromas of ripe fruit on a background of vanilla and butter create a complex bouquet with a subtle note of barrel. Its taste is relatively rich, fatty and delicious with balanced acidity Classic white vinification at a controlled temperature. Aging for 6 months in oak barrels.

Accompanied by: White meat and white sauces. Served at 11 degrees.
