Local varietal wine of Zakynthos

Variety: Pavlos 100%.

Vineyards: From old autochthonous vines of the Zakynthos vineyard.

Winemaking: The harvest begins during the first ten days of September. Winemaking takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled low temperature of 15-16ºC. The fresh wine remains with the fine lees and is stirred periodically to enrich its body and flavor.

Characteristics: It has an intensely fruity aromatic character of ripe exotic fruits. It presents herbalism, aromas of spices and a rich body.

Alcoholic Title: 12.5%

It ideally accompanies Mediterranean dishes, mainly fatty fish such as salmon, seafood, white or red grilled meat. Pasta with white sauce.
