Varietal composition: Gustolidi 100% (rare indigenous variety)

Vinification: Pre-fermentation extraction in a controlled environment, alcoholic fermentation at graduated temperatures. Stay the wine for 2 months in its wine sludges with periodic stirring.

Characteristics: Organoleptics on the nose are characterized by aromas of lemon blossom, citrus, bergamot, jasmine and white fruit. In the mouth it pleasantly surprises with its acidity and oiliness. Of particular interest is the rare for white dry wines the possibility of aging the variety and its ability to constantly evolve in the bottle.

Accompanies: Ideally combined with fish, white meats, pasta and cheeses.
