Vinification/Maturation : Experimental vinification of wine without additional oenological materials and sulphites. The wine remained in contact with its lees for 4 months and was bottled without filtration.
Organoleptic characteristics : Calm is one word on the palate and moderate the other. Medium weight volume, immediacy and deliciousness, with slightly below average acidity, as intake at least. Deforested by intensities, penetration and piercing, as well as inconceivable depth, but also free from convincing that an Orange can be a normal wine without extremes and with an understandable character, since it does so without difficulty at first impression. The relaxed redox unfolding of the fruit, finds it with mild spice and botanical points, infinitesimal smokiness, invisible mineral passage and gently structured phenolic tissue.
Good aftertaste about medium length with a small mineral note, re-enacts the setting without changes, perhaps with a little more distinct botanical part and some distant dry carpathian reverberation.
