Dry White
Protected Geographical Indication: Laconia
Variety: 50% Kydonitsa, 50% Assyrtiko
Wining: 300 white is a blend of Kydonitsa and Assyrtiko, two special varieties that complement each other extremely well. White vinification in stainless steel tanks, fermentation at a controlled temperature of up to 16-18°C and maturation for five and a half months on the fine lees with periodic stirring.
Aging potential: 3-4 years.
Organoleptic characteristics: Bright lemon-green color, high aromatic intensity with notes of quince, citrus, grapefruit and minerality in the mouth. Excellent balance between crisp acidity and well-structured body. Delightful aftertaste with a long finish.
Accompany Meat dishes with herbs, vegetables au gratin with garlic, Mediterranean dishes with tomato and olive oil.
Served particularly chilled at 8-10 °C. Alcohol content: 13% Vol.
